Mr. Dimidjian specializes in retail leasing, site selection, and land development opportunities. Having represented national retailers and developers alike, Mr. Dimidjian has established his expertise in Western Pennsylvania, along with various other markets around the country.
Mr. Dimidjian is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Business; He is active in ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and has served on the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors standard commercial contract committee. Mr. Dimidjian is married with two children and lives resides in Jefferson Hills, PA.
JACK WATERS - Senior Vice President
jwaters@aegisrealtypartners.comJack Waters works in all aspects of commercial brokerage. Jack is particularly active in the Southern quadrant of the region Southern Allegheny and Washington Counties. Jack specializes in industrial and office properties and represents both landlords and tenants alike. Jack has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker in 2004 and 2005 and was presented an award in 2005 for most production at Aegis Realty.
MARTIN PERRY - Vice President

CHAD KOSANOVIC - Associate
ckosanovic@aegisrealtypartners.comChad joined Aegis Realty Partners in December of 2007. He graduated from Allegheny College-Meadville PA in the Spring of 2007 with a degree in Economics and English. Chad is an active participant locally in Young Real Estate Professionals and Pittsburgh Young Professionals. Chad specializes in retail leasing.
ROYCE KARPY
rkarpy@comcast.netMr. Karpy joined Aegis Realty Partners in 2009 as a part of the retail real estate team. Prior to this, his experience in commercial real estate has been focused primarily within corporate real estate departments with several retailers including 84 Lumber, McDonald's Corporation, Tops Market, and Rite Aid. In addition, he has spent several years in the development area as a preferred developer for CVS/pharmacy with Armstrong Development. During the past 15 years, Royce has developed a strong background in land acquisitions, market research and site selection, and in deal presentation to corporate real estate committees.
Royce has worked numerous markets across the country in TN, FL, VA, GA, AL, AZ, TX, NY, WV, and PA. His current focus is on the Western PA marketplace in the retail brokerage area. Born and raised in Western PA, Royce is a 1994 W&J College graduate. He and his wife Sabrina have two children and are actively involved in hospital ministry and Faith Community Church.
JOHN WESTERMANN - Vice President Investment Sales

RYAN COSLOV - Associate

DEAN MARSH - Director of Property Management
