Aegis Realty Partners Inc. originally based in Lawrenceville, PA was established by it's shareholders Mr. Ralston Merchant and Mr. Rick Dimidjian in 1998. Prior to establishing Aegis Realty Partners, Mr. Merchant and Mr. Dimidjian worked as independent brokers for the commercial division of the Howard Hanna Company in Pittsburgh. After establishing themselves as the division's top-producing agents, Mr. Merchant and Mr. Dimidjian left the Howard Hanna Company to start their own firm in 2002. In 2003 the company was incorporated and became a wholly owned subsidiary of MIC Holdings, Inc. In June 2007, Rick Dimidjian purchased Aegis Realty Partners from MIC Holdings and became the owner and CEO. Once the purchase was complete, he relocated the company to its current headquarters in the Southpointe Business Park in Canonsburg Pennsylvania. Aegis Realty Partners, Inc. specializes in landlord and tenant representation in all product areas of commercial real estate including; retail, industrial, office, land and investment properties. Aegis Realty Partners is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers(ICSC), and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties(NAIOP), and our brokers regularly participate in deal making and networking events on a local and national level.
